We all have our own idea of romance, but who would not appreciate a seven course candlelight dinner by the beach? I know I do! With the the sky filled with stars, moonlight shimmering radiantly, the live band playing romantic music by the pool, and the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore coming from behind them. I am so happy. This is what it must feel like to be God's favorite, blessed and highly favored.
First came the hors d'oeuvre, then the soup, appetizer, salad, main course, dessert, and mignardise. It is the perfect setting to fall deeper in love with my husband.
We dined and shared our hopes and dreams for hours, as we listened to the band play jazz. At that moment, nothing else mattered but the two of us.
This break from reality and daily routine has allowed us to notice the things we could stop doing and the things we could do better to make our relationship both stronger and happier.
Cheers to so many more wonderful years together and all the memories we have yet to make!
